Operational Analytics & Data Quality
Built a GPS reliability and route-performance framework to distinguish telemetry failures from operational execution issues.
View project →
Generative AI & LLM Applications
Built a grounded LLM application that analyzes webpages, retrieves structured-data requirements, generates JSON-LD, and validates the output before returning it to the user.

Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning
Built and evaluated predictive models on 76K customers to identify dissatisfied customers within a severely imbalanced population, then translated model scores into a targeted retention strategy.

Causal Analytics & Experimentation
Evaluated a randomized digital advertising experiment to determine whether ad exposure increased subscription purchases, then used experiment diagnostics, frequency effects, and channel analysis to design a stronger follow-up test.

About
My work sits at the intersection of technical analytics and business problem solving. I enjoy digging into complex datasets, challenging assumptions, and translating the results into something stakeholders can actually use.
I completed my MS in Business Analytics at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in August 2026.
